Because email deliverability can be so unreliable these days, it can happen that any response that you receive from our support staff may not actually arrive to your email inbox. AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail are the main culprits for not delivering our response via email to you. Because of this we do recommend that you register an account with the help desk so that you may come back and check on the status of your ticket, or if you still prefer to submit a ticket without registration then we recommend using an email address from your domain or Gmail.
